Random thoughts for the day

Since we haven't done much planning yet, we though it would be a good idea to push back the shower a bit. So it's looking like it will be sometime in mid-september. I don't know the exact date yet but will let everyone know once I do!

I have a baby doctor appointment today. I wish it was another sonogram appointment (those are the best!) but instead its some kind of hour long diabetes test - no sugar for me today. At least I get to leave work early!! Unfortunately Tyler will not be joining me at the appointment today :( :( he is in Houston for work until tomorrow. It is actually the first baby doctor appointment he has missed. He gets a lot of props for being at every one so far. I love it when he gets to share the appointments with me! It'll probably be a pretty boring appointment this time anyways... hopfully next time we get to look at Lyla again! I'm so excited to see what she looks like now... and how much she has grown since the last one.

I guess I should get back to work now :)
